The 2025 Proton Lifetime Fundraiser Raffle is Now Closed
Thank you for making the 2025 Proton Lifetime Account Charity Fundraiser possible this year.
With your help, we broke all past records this year and raised $1'073'800 from over 100’000 tickets sold to 50’297 participants. Proton is also contributing an additional $200,000, bringing the total donation to $1'273'800.
Important note on ticket numbers
Due to an issue in the third-party app we used to manage the raffle, some of you saw duplicate or incorrect ticket numbers. We know this error caused confusion and we sincerely apologize.
The issue was a display error, which fortunately does not impact the raffle as each entry has a unique backend identifier saved in the database. Please follow the instructions below to double check your ticket numbers as they may have changed.
How to check your ticket numbers
To ensure you’re viewing the final, correct numbers, please check your order confirmation page:

Find the Shopify order confirmation email from shop@orders.proton.me with the subject line “Order #XXXX confirmed.”

Click the View your order button to see your raffle entries.

Right-click on the View Raffle Entry Page link and open it in a new private window ➡️ then open Details to see your registered raffle ticket numbers.
Still having trouble?

Link expired: Click Send new link.

Still seeing duplicates: Open the link in a private/incognito window or a different browser (often a cache issue).

Page error or slow load: Refresh once and allow a few seconds for the ticket widget to load.

About the Proton Lifetime Fundraiser
Since 2018, Proton has been giving away Lifetime accounts to raise funds for outstanding organizations that bring positive change and align with Proton's work promoting privacy and freedom worldwide.
The proceeds from the raffle along with a matching donation from Proton of up to $200,000 will be donated to this year's beneficiary organizations and a few selected past beneficiaries such as TOR, Graphene, and others.
